ADDITIONAL CLOSING LOCATIONS
We understand not every property is located near our main office. Accordingly, we offer several conveniently located closing locations around metro Atlanta. For an additional fee of only $75, any of the closing locations (and most real estate broker’s offices) can be utilized to close the property. That’s right we drive to you to take the stress off of coming to our office.

What’s the Difference between an office and a closing location?
Closing locations are not the same as the office. The main office is where all the staff, printers, check printers, computers, etc. are located. Closing locations are provided through relationships with office companies throughout the metro Atlanta area. At the closing location, a conference room is rented for an hour in advance and all parties, including the attorney meet at the location to complete the closing. All closing locations have a receptionist but none will have Taylor Sellers Law staff or signage. When closing at a closing location, all documents, especially pay at close documents must be submitted the previous day.
